Zambian Dawn Safaris offers walking safaris in North Luangwa and Kasanka National Parks. From June through to October, they operate in the North Luangwa where they have a bush camp and a tented camp. In November the tented camp is moved to Kasanka for the spectacular bat migration - the largest migration of mammals in the world.
Zambian Dawn Safaris has a set safari schedule for the 'Classic' six night mobile safaris we offer to the North Luangwa. The 'Classic' safaris start on a Saturday and end on a Friday. Bespoke safaris can be tailored to fit the needs of the guest.
The 'Classic' North Luangwa mobile safari is spread over six nights, starting at the bush camp on the Mwaleshi river, through the North Luangwa to the tented camp on the Luangwa River. The ground covered is truly remote and wild - guests will not see another tourist, but they will see plenty of wildlife in this pristine game country.
The company normally operates with small groups of no more than six guests. If all the guests are from the same group, that number can be increased upon request in order to cater for up to eight guests.
A minimum of two people are required for a six night 'Classic' safari (unless an individual pays for two places) and require four people or more (or four places paid for by fewer people) to operate 'Bespoke' safaris.
